This is the personal website of Andrew B. Harris, MD. There is no sign-up and no login. The one form, on the Contact page, is for physicians, researchers and media, not patients. It asks for a name, an email address, a message and, if you choose, how you heard about Dr. Harris. Formspree delivers these to Dr. Harris by email under its own privacy policy. They are used only for that message and are never sold or shared. Nothing else on the site collects what you type. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers or tracking pixels.
Visit counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits and the websites visitors arrive from. It sets no cookies, and it does not use your IP address or browser details to identify or fingerprint you.
Basic technical information. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive your IP address and browser details. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages, the typefaces come from Google Fonts and the visit counter is run by Cloudflare. Each service receives what it needs to deliver its content, under its own privacy policy.
Wallet card. Dr. Harris’s Apple Wallet and Google Wallet card is provided by WalletWallet. If you add it, your phone or Google lets WalletWallet know, sharing a random device code and your IP address but never your name or contact details, under WalletWallet’s own privacy policy.
The scheduling button and the reading links go to websites this one does not run, including Endeavor Health. Once you follow a link, that site’s privacy policy applies.
Neither this website nor its form is a medical channel, so neither is the place for medical records, images or details about your health. Appointments and anything about your own care are handled by Dr. Harris’s practice, which gives patients its own Notice of Privacy Practices covering medical information. That notice is separate from this policy.

General information, not medical advice. This website is for general education. It is not medical advice for any particular person and is not a substitute for an evaluation by your own doctor, who knows your history, your examination, and your imaging. Do not delay seeking care, or change a treatment your doctor has recommended, because of something you read here.
No doctor–patient relationship. Reading this site does not create a doctor–patient relationship. Questions about an individual patient’s care belong with the practice.
Emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Accuracy. Pages are written and reviewed by Dr. Harris and cite published research where possible. Medicine changes, and individual results vary. The site may not reflect the most recent evidence on every topic.
Links to other websites. Links to other sites and publications are provided for convenience and do not mean those sites are endorsed.
